Difficult and awkward conversations come in many shapes, sizes and situations. This course offers valuable tips and techniques for managing them as effectively as possible, giving yourself the best possible chance of getting the results and outcomes you want. We will focus on practical demonstrations and exercises, supported by core communication theory. There will also be the chance to be part of a real-time simulation, carefully facilitated and observed. Once mastered, these skills and techniques will help you make some vital changes in your dealings with others. Delivered by a very experienced British communication and performance coach*, drawing on over 30 years experience in business law, theatre, broadcasting and management consulting.
The Course is led by SAUL CAMBRIDGE MA PgDip. Saul is a very experienced British coach, now based in Norway and a Partner at communications experts, Ergo Ego AS. He has a Masters in Law from Cambridge University, leading to a successful 10-year career as a corporate lawyer, where he became Partner and Head of Corporate in a major UK law firm. He then made a career switch, via The Bristol Old Vic Theatre School in England, into professional acting, mostly in theatre. His coaching career also started at this time and now covers most of his work. He also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Broadcast Journalism, leading to live on-air work with BBC Radio in England. It all adds up to over 30 years colourful experience, every element supporting his work as an expert communication and performance coach.
